Unit 3
Learning to juggle
There is a strong link between juggling and improvements in academic performance. Try learning to juggle. It may help improve your results!
Unit 4
Reducing distractions
Holding your attention is a key principle for learning and revising notes. Learn how to keep your attention focused and reduce any unwanted distractions while studying.
Unit 5
Thinking towards your best self
Your mind influences your perception, decisions and behaviour. There are ways to improve your attitudes and beliefs so you can move into the future with confidence.
Unit 6
Breaking through to better results
Your memory keeps you being the same, however, with actual practice and imagined practice (visualisation), you can rapidly improve your results in any area of life.
